How do I represent the following modelling equation on a graph?
I have got a modelling equation for some data, and do not know how to superimpose it on my data (on Autograph 3)!
Help!
My equation is:
T = 3.225sinπ(t-12.5) 18.425

This has come from T = AsinB(t-C) D.
Oh and the equals sign should have a dot above and below it,

You should be able to click the “add equation” button (plus sign, with equals sign next to it).
Be sure to enter the data properly, with all multiplication signs, and parenthesis:
I’m not sure what you meant by the equal sign having dots over it … do you mean multiplication? Also, Yahoo has been having problems with plus signs when you first post — try adding a comment with the proper equation.
